Abacus Part I

“Abacus Step-1” Abacus is a simple, interactive and very useful device for anyone who wants to learn and enjoy mathematics. The Abacus Part -1 consists of four plastic columns fixed on a plastic base and 40 beads in 4 different colours and an Activity Book. Each column and a set of coloured beads represent a “Place” value from which a numeral is build. Here the farthest column on the right and White Beads represent “ones” place, the second farthest the “tens” place and so on. With the help of step-by-step activities given in the Activity Book the children will be able to learn and practice maths skills like addition, subtraction and place value in an enjoyable way using Abacus and Beads.
